Food amazing but note that they have so much business they make zero effort with customers. No customer service here. You have to pipe up and ask them directly what you want and ask any questions you have. They will not give you information on anything not specifically asked. They only go outside the door to deliver food to tables or for take away. They won't come out and ask about tables or explain anything. They monitor only inside tables but outside is a free for all. If a table becomes free you just sit down then go inside for a menu, to order and pay. We came to sit in knowing it was a tiny venue with limited seating and could be waiting (all from reviews) but had no idea how the system worked. Luckily a couple arriving after us explained this. I had been inside already and nothing was explained. Left standing outside while there were free tables because the staff didn't communicate. It does say it on the two tables outside 'order inside' but I do think they need to make it clear though that outside tables are a free for all just sit down when its free. We would of been sat down outside much earlier if this was explained but it wasn't. No smiles, no chat, actually just ignored for awhile while standing being stared at by staff. Very odd customer service experience indeed. But the food is great!!! If you hate coriander they will serve it without just make sure to ask. 9.50 for a bowl of pho, good prices if sat inside. They...
Read moreDear readers again am sharing my experience!! Please be aware of their lemon grass chicken sandwich, I ended up in the hospital after eating their sandwich. Turns out that there was a tiny sharp chicken bone stuck in my throat. While I was choking I was coughing up blood. IF you love life, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEIR FOOD!!!! Thanks to my colleague's and the emergency doctor am still breathing and alive. Also when asked around I heard that there are many cases happend at kimmade of finding a grey hair in their spring rolls or cut plastic in their noodles but this chicken bone horrific expérience is for me the most outrageous and life threatening expérience of my life with food I thought that I should only be afraid of the CODVID well guess again.. Since I work in the center near their shop I do whatever I have in my power to warn ppl (my friends and family) to stay away from there. Am still recovering from this incident, still can't speak, will keep you guys posted since I will visit the KNO arts soon for check up after being hospitalized. But am happy...
Read moreI dropped by this place for dinner and wanted to chat about the experience.
The restaurant itself is quite small, and while the food was satisfactory for its price, there is room for improvement. However, what truly overshadowed the meal was the behavior of the woman who seems to be the manager. She dished out a solid serving of rudeness to my friend and me. I could practically feel the eye rolls. This was not an isolated incident, as I later discovered from other reviews that this behavior seems to target non-white customers.
Every diner deserves a welcoming and respectful experience, regardless of their background. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and strives to create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected. A lesson in kindness and inclusivity can go a long way in making this restaurant a better place for...
