My son has been learning at Aqua Artist for nearly two years. He started off as an absolute beginner, afraid of water but has progressed really well and is already learning the fourth stroke. Aqua Artist teaches at their own pace and with their own methods and requirements. They’re quite technique-oriented and students are required to complete a list of skills before advancing to the next level. Several things I personally like about Aqua Artist is:
The swimming school is very good and the teachers are so nice and professional. However, staff in the reception are very rude because my daughter having swimming lessons and I have to bring my other kids who are not going to swim on that day. The lady told me that I still need to pay even though my kids are not swimming. I don’t know why, I know most of people are not willing to pay when they have the kids are involved with the swimming lesson. However, my other two kids are not going to swim for sure (eczema reason) on that day. Of course , I will not pay for it. The lady did not even say sorry. …. She just not pick the right person...
