Service is so slow not only did we phone order ahead but waited in car for twenty minutes and then moved our car to another further down the road to walk in and wait another half hour and still not ready young guy here is a slack worker not only is the place a mess inside no hygiene plates and food still sitting on the tables birds started flying in eating off the tables I mean a good 9 it was horrible they started flying around aggressively Rice was staled like he just reheated old rice portion was so small for what I paid, I ordered lamb Shish I’m certain the meat was off as my husband worked at this same place and it’s not suppose to taste like what I tasted I’m pregnant so I hope it’s not the case, this place almost feels like it’s run by a child do not come here will...

This is the first and last time I will buy food from here, the first takeaway we have has since lockdown, I wish we hadn’t bothered. I saw they had free delivery for orders over $50 however they were too busy to deliver, which was fine. I phoned the order in and had to repeat the order at least 3 times as the guy kept getting it wrong, he also got my name and phone number wrong, so I kept on having to repeat everything over and over. I picked up the order and of course it was wrong. The falafel kebab they gave me which I did not order (it was supposed to be chicken) had a half a falafel in it, if that. The food was cold. We ordered a lamb kebab with garlic yogurt and mayo, and a chicken rice dish with garlic yoghurt and tomato sauce. The portions were a generous size and the service was friendly. The kebab was full of lamb which was good but the vegetables were quite standard options (lettuce, parsley, tomato) and it was quite soggy (perhaps due to too much sauce or water on the veg?).
