WARNING staff Claiming there is no return policy after 7 days of purchase !! there is no way you can find out if something is going to fail in 7 days if you dont use it in that 7 days , just spent $1300 in the last month there and they couldnt return M4 magazines $129 , what wernt fitting the gun properly and the top plastic pieces to the mag were moving and causing issues , because i have put the magazine in the gun it has caused a slight rub on the side what could easily be polished off , tried every mag to see if its the same issue and it was and so they would not refund me ANYTHING , they claimed this 7 day policy was on a piece of paper they gave me when i spent $950 there 2 weeks ago and it wasnt on that sheet they grabbed another one in store wasnt there , there is NO signs up in store saying this return policy so there is no way to know , so they took me to the website and it doesnt say it on there also ...on there return policy on the website it stats (In the event AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd has agreed to refund for goods, the goods must first be returned to AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd in pristine state. Pristine state is described as all original packaging, with all original parts, nothing damaged or dirty. Products not returned in pristine state may incur charges to replace the missing or damaged parts, or non refund of part or the entire purchase price. ) i was given no option for any refund ... i was about to just put the money down to buying another pistol right there as they had no more midcap mags to buy , so would have been giving them more money just there ...... as the pistol was a higher price , staff member said only thing you can do now is " Maybe list them online and try sell them !! NOT IMPRESSED Given ASGC through the years thousands of dollars ... was around from when they started up and now sadly will never be going back .... just lost a costumer and a good reference to people if you get a receipt from them you best just throw it in the bin...

I’ve bought all my guns from ASGC since 2014 to current and will continue to buy from them only issues I have are these

I bought a mars2 guy sold me 6 mags drove all the way back to Tauranga to find out the battery they sold me was a Dud and the mags didn’t fit the gun so had to go out of my way to drive all the way back to Auckland when the staff member reassured me it was for that gun

And instead of replacing the battery they took it out the back and juiced it up and ever since the middle battery will never read past 3.67 when it should be up at 4.20

While there fixing my battery I wanted a extra connection bit to charge my Tamiya battery’s he grabbed the male end of a connection pin when it should of been a female connection pin was about to sell it to me “would of drove 6 hours + another 6 to fix the mistake” questioned it he said nah this is what you want I said show me on the charging machine picked it up and said “oh you’re right this is the wrong one”

Once again ASGC is a great store if you want to get into Airsoft but DO NOT take what they say as gospel cause some of the staff do not have a clue..

Other than that back room staff are great have been easy as to talk to and responsive if you have any questions etc the assortment is awesome but yeah keep it in mind!!

Also if you want to buy gear like camo clothes helmets etc I’d try somewhere else first cause that’s the one thing ASGC lacks in

Guns - go ASGC best collection of guns in the country but attire / equipment go elsewhere

I have spent thousands with ASGC now and I must say that they give great service and advice. I have had great encounters with Henry, Romain and even Norah who isn't actually part of sales, but was kind enough to give me advice as I was purchasing the same gun that she owns. Henry is amazing at giving unbiased opinions on different brands and guns filling me in on the pros & cons of each gun I was looking at. He is a genuinely very friendly person that is passionate about airsoft. Romain especially has been very helpful and I must say also very patient with all my questions and concerns before making some purchases, he is also extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me make informed decisions. Highly recommend these guys.

I live in Tauranga and even though there are airsoft shops in Rotorua and Hamilton that are far closer to me, I always end up driving to Auckland to deal with ASGC even if I've stopped off in Hamilton on the way up to Auckland, that's how much I recommend them.

It must also be noted that these bunch of people work long hours, especially on weekends, giving us expert advice so that we can go out and enjoy ourselves. It must be very difficult to watch us walk out the door with new guns, while they sit there and work long hours attending to all our airsoft needs as most airsoft games are played on weekends they hardly get the opportunity to indulge in their passion of airsoft as well so I think that's something to keep in mind. These guys are legends in...
