AT Eden Park Motel — Hotel in Albert-Eden

Visited Auckland and stayed here on business. Not a bad location for getting around and the Kingsland train station is right across the street.|If you were visiting the stadium it would be perfect. |I am not disabled but was given the room available for wheelchair access.|The room itself was ok, tired in places. Little kitchenette and a table. Bed had a big dip in the middle, which as I was alone was no big deal.|Tea and coffee making facilities were available. |The room had aircon and was comfortable in the hot weather. |There was an unusual smell about the room, it may have been used for a while or something they clean with, I don't know. Talk about location. I was so fortunate to find this motel so close to my daughter's university graduation venue at Eden Park. Echy, the manager, was so helpful and gave me time to check other accommodations nearby if need be. Even though my room unit was close to the road and tramway, this didn't bother me at all. Parking was available if somewhat tight it was 👍 ok. Bedding,bathroom, and kitchen area were clean and well maintained and had the usual amenities well stocked. Considering 5 to 10 minutes walking and its pricing so close to Eden Park this was a bargain. Definitely one to book or reserve if...

Situated opposite Eden Park, the Asure at Eden Park provides excellent accommodation with a manager who wants to ensure you enjoy your stay and offers advice on places to visit in the city..||We stayed there for one week in March this year to be near our son and daughter-in-law who live in the Mt Eden district. ||We had a hire car for part of the time we were there and we had no trouble parking on site.
