If you been here you will probably have one question on your mind, "is this heaven?" No my friend, this is CKB! This is a place where dreams come true. Where talent talks louder than money, where hustlers and frauds are shown the door and end up opening bootleg versions across the road.

Saying the Apollo 11 moon landing was a tremendous feat of human endurance and engineering is undoubtedly true. But its nothing compared to the teaching and guidance of CKB's head coach Eugene "fittest athlete" Bareman, who in his career as a fighter has won many national and international titles and as a coach/mentor has trained some world class athletes who kick ass in every direction.

Some say Montezuma's gold is buried here. After seeing all the gold on the walls I believe the gold here is worth far more than old Monte's as it is gold forged in years of blood, sweat and tears.

One of CKBs best kept secrets is the morning BJJ classes with Ricky and the team. From clear logical techniques & sequences to some bloody good hard rolls. Best class in the gym!

Easy 5 stars for CKB. Been training Kickboxing and BJJ there for just over two years now and love it. The vibe, energy, instructors and banter are awesome. Im the fittest I have ever been and my skills get better week after week.

Fantastic place. The trainers are extremely polite and clearly know what they’re talking about. You work up an amazing sweat but everyone else is sweating too so no matter your fitness level, you don’t feel out of place.

Prices are good too, concession cards for 10 lessons are only $160 and I was surprised it’s so low.

Only been to 2 classes as of writing this review but i’ll Happily go back more...
