I paid a premium price for what I thought might be a premium and relaxing service but it was nowhere near this. The relaxation factor was zero. The place was quite untidy. There were 4 clients crammed into the same time slot with only 2 women working there. Someone came up to me and barely said hello. She filed my nails at a hundred miles an hour trying to get through it as fast as possible. I thought she was going to shave my nails off she was so vigorous. Then she rushed off to start a pedicure without saying a word. I then waited for quite a while before the 2nd woman came and painted my nails at lightening speed she was in such a rush. She barely managed a hello. Then she left without saying a word and rushed to the next client. The 1st woman eventually returned, put a wet towel over my hands and massaged my hands for about 30s and then asked me to hand over $60 for what was essentially a very rushed 15min 'shape and paint'. I was looking forward to a relaxing experience after a hectic few weeks. This was far from that and I left feeling overcharged and deeply...

This is not a fancy, flash salon with all the greatest machines... but the owners have created a sweet, comfortable, and friendly place to get a professional nail job. I sat on a couch on a platform with my feet in a stand-alone pedicure foot bath. The girl who did my nails was professional, skilled, and friendly. She shaped my toenails beautifully and the polish/topcoat has stayed on with no nicks or smudges. (And she gave me an amazing foot massage)
What impressed me most was that the owners seemed to know everyone who walked through the door and welcomed many with hugs and genuine excitement... not something I’ve ever seen at a nail place before. They knew it was my first time there too. I will be back when I need a...
Read moreFirst time here and my nail technician was Hannah. She was very skilled with all aspects of the pedicure, from the removal of the shellac, exceptional filing and application of the varnish. If you go there with shellac or gel, it costs $10 to remove, unless you use acetone to do it yourself at home. It’s worth it though as it took 10 mins to remove. Otherwise a great price at $60. Will definitely return as all the ladies are delightful, friendly and welcoming - not overcrowded and a very...
