St Pierres Sushi (St Lukes) — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

Always buy from this store. I had an unfortunate experience yesterday. My preschooler loves their chicken teriyaki so I normally buy her the smaller one . Yesterday, I took her in, and I bought the double decker for her usual was not on display and so I settled for the double decker (which is chicken teriyaki in a smaller but taller container. Child did not finish it so I decided to taste it and OMG it was really salty. When I complained and ask for a refund, a lady was really fired up and told me that I should be careful in my choice. It is not their fault. I chose the wrong one. Double decker is their promotion, it means "double everything, double salt.." I still got my money back but took a while to calm my child at this staff's yelling which I would have matched if my little one was with me. Not going there anymore for my children's sushi. As a customer for several years at this location, I felt compelled to share feedback regarding my recent experiences over the last few visits. On all occasions, especially yesterday afternoon , I observed a noticeable lapse in basic customer service. Two staff members appeared preoccupied with personal conversations (sounded like theyre in love), which regrettably meant that I was not acknowledged or greeted upon approaching the counter. While I understand distractions can happen, this left me with the impression that my presence was an inconvenience and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Both of them do not represent St.Pierres Sushi and do not look like they should work there. I sincerely hope this valuable branch can address its current customer service standards soon as I'm considering other Sushi...

Gave wrong orders twice so pissed off . Being a disabled person my Support worker took me to the mall, i was with the hair dresser so my support worker went to buy shushi. I wrote it clearly Teriyaki Salmon ball as I always get them. When checked later on found they gave Teriyaki chicken which is not halal. Since we were still around the area went back to swap. Came back home and found they gave it wrong again, its raw Salmon and I dont eat Raw fish. I should’ve checked it when I was in the car didn’t realise ppl can be that stupid to make wrong orders twice. Wasted my $8. I cant go back from Point Chev to swap again. They shouldn’t hire people who cant read and understand english as it was written clearly...
