Actually we stumbled across this small outlet by chance and we’re positively surprised by the great quality of the fish & chips and salt and pepper squid - really well done and one of the best fish and chips we ever had - and we had many not only in NZ but on our global tour.

So grab some great food and sit on the benches or on the beach just steps away and enjoy life.

A little hole in the wall with absolutely lovely team members and super fresh food. I’m only just starting to eat fish again and I loved how easy they made it to consider options. It was absolutely delicious. We went with the safe snapper option but it was so great we enjoyed it better without dousing it in tartare sauce (which is what I usually do to mask the flavour of the fish - I didn’t need to here!). Chips were good and well seasoned. Honestly the team will make you smile!

I didn’t love the roll...

Very good fresh fish and chips cooked really well, crisp on the outside fluffy in the middle. This is a little take away fish and chip shop if your not looking you could easily miss it, it’s a hole in the wall place.
