I’ve never been treated so poorly and received such bad and rude service before. The guy working there should be fired. If he’s the owner then good luck to him lol If there was an option to give -5, I would’ve done so. My friend and I were tasting a few flavours before deciding on which one to choose and after only 3 flavours we tired he said: “Are we just gonna taste the flavours all day? I gotta drive someone” My friend then said “We can just walk away if you don’t like to sell your ice cream” and he replied: “Yeah let’s do that” We were...

Rude staff. My partner asked for a taste to decide which flavour she would order and was rudely told “no, we don’t do tasting during our busy season.” Was shocked out how abrupt and frankly rude the staff was - there are much nicer ways to deliver this message.

Guess they’d rather lose the sale than give a small taste out, or make any attempt at friendly customer service. Given how nice everyone else is in Russell, it was really surprising to be treated this way....
