Joyful bake house — Restaurant in Christchurch

Variety of selections of bread are there. Pretty great. Been there a lot. They open at 10am, but recently open late. I waited there 20 minutes even there is somone inside didn't open. When the fully makeup lady open We stepped in. The bread haven't displayed all yet. I asked her some kind of bread and she didn't look for it properly and answered insincerely. I know they Baked somewhere else and bring them and selling them there. Must be there. If she asked us to wait for longer or she is too busy to display so don't have enough time to look for it and said sorry. We could understand. But her attitude show didn't mind at all.

As a local I really don’t understand why u guys complaint about the bad customer experience, I never has that problem. This local bakery is one of the very best provides the best you can get in Christchurch for affordable pricing, what you see what you get and then get to pay at the cashier is same as what we all usually do in supermarket unless you buy a birthday cake needs deep customer service for explanation and selection. Bear in mind that there ain’t a fivestar hotel provides fivestar service and certainly we all haven’t pay for fivestar prices, you get what pay for and they did it very reasonably on the pricing under this high inflation national atmosphere. The cakes were all in the fridge so all customers need to ask customer service people to take the cake out and put into the container.
