Everybody's Butchery — Local services in Christchurch

Thank you Lisa and your team for helping me tick off a bucket list dream. I went for my first deer hunt last week and was able to dispatch two deer. As this my first time hunting I stopped into Everybody's Butchery to get some advice on processing the meat. Lisa was honest and forthcoming about the process and also that it was a difficult time of year to be getting this time of processing done. After chatting for a few minutes Lisa decided that she would help out as I wanted to donate most of the cuts to charity. I delivered to carcasses mid Friday afternoon and Lisa and her team had sorted into cuts( german sausage, mince, roast, back straps,) This was buy early Monday morning. I was excited and pleasantly surprised. I believe that they was about 67kg of meat portions. Lisa didn't want to charge as a good portion 85% was going to charity. But I said no and we went half's.
