Burger King Addington — Restaurant in Christchurch

0/5 This has to be the worst Burger King around. The manager needs to go to anger management. On several occasions I have witnessed him throwing burgers around, throwing fries on the floor and then just kicking the fries underneath the warmer cabinets, opens the fridge door and throws Hershey pies at the back of the fridge you can hear it, abuses customers, tells customers they are wrong when you know for a fact he got the order wrong, is rude on the drive thru, and slams everything.

The place is filthy. I have never seen it clean. The drinks machine is always extremely sticky and liquid all over the bench. Tables never cleared away of old food. Food all over the floor.

Not to mention this OSH hazard in my picture below. This chair had its seat removed and the sharp metal edges have been left exposed for weeks now.

The ice cream machine I swear has been broken all summer as it has been months. The food tastes hard and over cooked.

You are made to wait at least 15 minutes before getting served if you go in store. Even when an employee sees you they still don't serve you no matter if they are a little busy or dead quiet. If you have a big order they deem it too hard and will serve everyone else their food before yours so your fries have then gone cold and soggy. One of the bigger ladies is also rude and snaps at customers when you are trying to place your order like you are an inconvenience to her and she especially doesn't like people ordering ice creams even though the machine should have been fixed by now.

They lock their doors an hour before they close and employees stand inside laughing and pointing at you if you try the door (rude!) If there are different hours for cars and for in store you should display them!

Everything that could be wrong with a take away place is wrong with this one. As a customer they appear to be breaching both OSH and health and safety. Wonder what they would say about this place?

The list of whats wrong with this place is very long. If those employees stay they need retraining on health and safety, cleaning, cooking and customer service. I have given this place more than enough chances to see if it was a one off but I can now see this is standard for Lincoln Road Burger...

This place is the pits and going by the feedback for Burger King Addington as of late this place is going to hell in a hand cart. I had to wait 2 minutes to be served while a staff member was hammering the Uber order till. He didn't acknowledge me and I had to ask if they were serving the public. Service is extremely slow and the staff don't care. I was waiting in store for more than 30 mins for an over the counter order and what I observed was complete mayhem. A staff member must have come in from a break wearing his nike hoodie and spent some time at the cash register. My son came in to see where the order was and I asked for a couple of frozen drinks for free as we waited heaps and the lady refused. I said the wait was unacceptable but she said its a Friday night and they were busy. Only 1 other walk in customer. I told her this and she promptly told me Uber orders are the priority. How rude was that! The food was average. Such a pity that this under performing store carries the Burger King name. I am so disgusted I am going to bring my experience to head office. I certainly won't be back...

I'd give you -5 if I could. Lovepreet needs to control his anger issue, its not our problem you work at BK mate. Throws burgers in the warmer, tells customers they are wrong when he cant be bothered remedying the problem, slams fridge doors, bashes the touch screens, short with people in the drive through... there is NO WAY in hell you should be a manager and if I was in charge and worked there i'd fire your ass on the spot!

Chips always cold, limited time offer items of the frozen kind are never there because they are too lazy to get the machines fixed. Sticky floor around the drink machine every time, tables sticky, last night there was a cushion removed from a stool and they just left the sharp edge metal out for any kid to fall on, 10 min wait to even be served.

Open till 10.... if you have a car. If you're not so lucky to own a car walk somewhere else after 9:30 because they have already locked the place. Discriminate against people without a car... Nice one!

THE WORST BK IN NEW ZEALAND HANDS DOWN!!!!! You all deserve...
