In a world where things should be easily done online, it's really frustrating with all the loop holes 2degrees have created when customers want to leave. Cancellations can't be done in the customer portal, it has to be called in (with a long wait time). I cancelled with 30 days notice, for the day after my contract ended. However, even after all that, I have been charged an extra month. My services are still live and somewhere along the line, wires were cross or an action wasn't sent to the right team to action. It's frustrating to go through even more long phone wait times, raise ticket requests to get some action and then to have to validate my request by responding to an email? All this extra work only benefits 2D as they keep customers signed up longer for either giving up on their cancellation or because there is too many technical steps to action a request.
