We booked our decorations about 9 months in advance of the wedding and when I went to collect there were numerous problems these included -The wrong number of milk bottles -Stained and discoloured napkins -Different sizes of table numbers -The complete wrong candle holders -Peeling details on the welcome sign -Black easels for white signage -The seating plan was completely incorrect - it was an earlier version but I had sent an email saying to disregard and the final version was emailed one week in advance to my wedding All of these errors meant that I had to go to the shop after two hours which caused a large amount of stress two days before the wedding and for someone who lives out of town this was a hassle that was not expected when you book 9 months in advance. Although the matter was resolved there was no apology or recognition of the errors. Beware and read terms and conditions well as they also wanted to charge for cleaning (removing candles from candle holders) , they ended up not charging when we explained that given all the errors we felt that they could maybe let that one go as the ‘cleaning’ was not major I am writing this review not out of spite but just for future brides as it is a highly emotional time and this caused unneeded stress , if I had known I would have gone else where,

This is interesting to read Fallon as this is incorrect and you yourself were in the building today as you have told me and chose not to resolve the issue in person which doesn’t coincide with your statements about reaching resolution as owners . I myself made available this afternoon and am available by phone but naturally I am going on a honeymoon after my wedding which was on Saturday . This lack of professionalism is appalling and your reply reflects this . My previous review also mentions peeling details on signage , the wrong coloured easels and the napkins that were stained , I’m not sure why you haven’t included these above and my email to you was about the rude service from your staff members on three occasions . In regards to “abuse “ your husband was there and so was another witness - your husband did not say anything at the time and you have not mentioned abuse to me so interesting that you are mentioning it on a public forum. I would have expected an apology and you trying to resolve the issue by calling and discussing with myself but this had not happened , I gave you the courtesy of an email prior to posting as I did not want to leave a bad review but you wanting me to wait until after my honeymoon to resolve is ridiculous . You gave me specific times you could meet later in the week , the issue could have been resolved maturely today or tomorrow via phone call. I would have expected more, from a business that works in the industry. My review reflects the issues we had at collection of hire equipment and was nothing to do with today , you have now changed the review to a discussion about today which isn’t not relevant to my review . I knew exactly what I wanted; you guys made it all happen. Everything was seamless and stress-free; I did not even think/stress once on the morning of the wedding about the styling and set up. I had so much faith and hope in you guys. It helped because I had been following you guys on social media for so long, so I was able to see how much magic you had created from all of the events you have done, and I knew you were the ones for our special day. I know how much hard work would have gone into all of the preparations including the logistics etc and it absolutely blew me, James, and our guests away.
AND THE ARCH! Wow, just wow! I remember being driven from the Airbnb to the ceremony area on the day right before showtime. As we were driving down the driveway I looked to my right and the arch was the first thing I saw, and my jaw dropped. It made me feel instantly nervous because it was the perfect arch that I had dreamed of and as soon as I saw it, I knew it was all about to happen! The flower carpet, floral detailing on the signage, the signs! Everything was lush and so so dreamy. So many of our guests said that our beautiful arch, florals and signage were a stand out to them which made us very proud! But again, wouldn’t have been possible without your help!
I could seriously go on and on. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us make our day so beautiful. I would do it all again with you guys in a heartbeat! (But not re marry lol, you know what I mean). Maybe birthday parties next?!
Fallon - Thank you for the time spent helping us with our dreams and ideas. Thank you for allowing my bridezilla self to go back and forward with you in emails when I needed to change things, and for you accommodating everything to fit in our budget too, you truly know what you’re doing! You and your team absolutely nailed it. I am so stoked with everything and there is nothing I would have wanted to change or nothing I regret. It was something different that I wanted to go with, and it turned out beautiful. I hope you are as happy with your team's work as I am.

I had such a horrible experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of other companies - use them. I was blamed for damage made to a neon sign. There was no proof of this damage being caused whilst in my care.
We were given the sign wrapped in a flimsy bubble wrap (no box) and I was not able to check it when I picked it up. We unwrapped it at the destination to find that it had a piece broken off the clear surround. The sign still worked fine though so we put the piece to the side and used the sign. I have video footage of it working. When I returned it, I told them about the broken piece. They did not say anything at this point. A few days later I got an invoice for over $350 to replace the sign with a due date of 4 days later. I was gobsmacked. They said they had checked the sign and that I obviously broke it. They kept saying that they had checked the sign twice - well we looked at it too, and it was broken.
I was honest the whole time but I feel that the sign was broken before I had it and now I am paying to replace it for them. I found the same product online for $140 which was 5cm smaller. I reasoned with them and said that we were all unsure when the damage was caused and asked to split the cost. They wouldn't have a bar of it. They were however happy to go with the cheaper option but wanted the larger sign at my full expense. Now the cost is over $170. This is disgusting. They threatened debt collectors straight away before even discussing this with me.
I saw another 1-star review saying they are more interested in money than in customer service and I completely agree. Considering their sign would have been fixed with some glue as the actual neon was not damaged, this is disgraceful and not the NZ way. I feel like they have fixed a sign that was broken at my expense. I am so upset about this and cannot stress more not to use this company. Their products are old and shoddy and there is no sign (excuse the pun) of customer service anywhere in this business.
