Without a doubt, My favourite wine bar. The place you can relax and have a quiet glass of wine or take half a dozen friends and enjoy wine, food, cocktails and one of the best aparol spritz in the city. Salut Salut’s Three Cheese & Ham toasted sandwich (Bikini) is without comparison. Tessa really knows her wine and is just as happy to share her passion for wine with you answering all your questions, as she is to simply pour you another quality glass of your favourite French rose and leave you to enjoy the company of your guests. I also admit to utilizing Salut Salut’s off license and purchasing a few bottles of their wines that we really wanted to enjoy at home another time, as well as giving one to my Mum, that’s a 10/10 service offering. Tempted to give it a poor review to deter you all, it's one of our favourite bars and I like that not many people know about it. I know it's unfair, but exclusivity is always attractive.

We often drop in here at the beginning or end of our nights in the city. The perfect place to while away a half hour or so when you missed your bus at the exchange.

It's a lovely little spot, cosy and intimate inside the actual bar, and industrial/loft-ish in the outer space.

Fabulous range of wines from around the world, with an especially wide selection of French and Spanish, which is exactly my target.

Salut Salut is such a wonderful wine bar! Heaps of wines by the glass and regularly changing too. Very friendly staff and always helpful. Tessa is super lovely and very knowledgeable. She even remembers which wines we've tried before... On the menu they offer several sharing plates, among which a great selection of cheeses. They often have a flight of wines they offer as a blind tasting, which is fun! For people who fancy something else than wine, they've got beers, ciders, cocktails and alcohol...
