Eco travels (Sydneham branch) - You really need to give some training to your staff on call. (Please check recordings if not sure for quality assurance purposes time to time) I have no issues with fairs, bookings etc but its horrible dealing with some of the staff members. I personally won't like to deal with staff sounding so bad on a call when all the dealing is going to get finalised only on a call.I'd prefer to talk to someone who is interested in doing their job.

Scam!!! I called them to book a ticket. They gave me a fair quote and asked for my Passport copy. After I emailed them the copy I got an email saying "I am unable to book as seat is not available".
