The Coffee Club NorthWest — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

We went here last Thursday together with my brothers. And we are regulars here. However, there were things that disappointed us since it is our second time around that we were interrupted by a payment or was it just us.

We ate here last Thursday, October 2. And the tall lady with a short blonde hair got mistaken with the payment and my brother realised that she was the same girl who got mistaken with the payment as well when we ate there with our girlfriends and I think that was Sunday back, we don't remember the date. Why do they kept on putting her to the POS system of payment when she keeps doing the same mistake. We were delayed by what she did as we were in a hurry. I honestly don't want her as our server when she served our coffee carelessly. Looks like she is not on the mood to serve. I will be telling this to our friends and families who eats at the coffee club regularly. Waitresses like this must limit their rostered working hours since she is in a hospitality industry and must understand affection with the customers.

We however, appreciate the Filipino lady who serves us with a smile since we enter the restaurant, took our order, and didn't forget to thank us when we were about to go. Cheers to her. She's such an active and friendly one. Since we are regular customers here, we saw how she serves everyone with a smile and interacts to customers. And also good job to the male manager/barista.

I suggest that they roster their staffs effectively especially on busy times and days. There were waitress that do the work for work only without concerns and interactions to the customers. Your customers notices everything even if they do not leave any feedbacks. And we hope the owner does not hire staffs who are not even concern...

So where do I start… I had to try their egg bene because I never did. And I think I came in with high standards. Sadly, my partner told me it’s the fast food of the coffees. And he were right. Im glad I asked the hash browns because the bread was not hitting, the hollandaise sauce was way too creamy, I had to add salt and peper which I never do usually. And the eggs.. what to say? One wasn’t poached but you know it can happen. But we found a egg shell at the end and it never put you on a good mood when you bite into something hard. Obviously I took and iced americano and the regular size is big so that’s good and the coffee is alright.

Hey guys it’s the boyfriend here, The Coffee Club I know it.. Had to take her to experience what they stand for, “The Fast food of Cafe” once collaborated with McDonald now on their own for a reason. I had the Coffee Latté and it destroyed my morning vibe as the order was delivered wrong (asked no sugars and… came with sugars), continued with the Egg shell crunch that felt like 3 beach shells bursting between your teeth. Benedict sauce was fake it didn’t contain much butter at all with a large amount tasting like cream. Normally I would go up and say “Thank you Chef” but I wasn’t in the mood. I knew what I was doing but I didn’t know it was gonna be this bad.

Can’t say anything about the atmosphere as the inside is good looking. And the waiters/waitress, it’s a young team with little enough experience, such...

Decided to go out for a family lunch on Wednesday 17th April and we decided to come here for early lunch. Based on my previous experience here which was really good decided to come back again. However on this occassion didnt have a good experience with the food and it did take a little while for it to come out. Ordered the fish and chip meal, kids pancake meal, french toast meal and the lemon pepper calamari meal. The fish was a little oily, the calamari was a little overcooked as some were a little rubbery, the pancake seemed more like a cake then an actual pancake and the french toast had a little too much of the mascapone. We did order some coffees and curly fries which we had to begin with and they were really good and the suace was also nice. Was just a little let down with the food. Also we didnt have any cutlery when the food came out and had to ask for this. Also noticed before we started eating that both the fish and chips meal and the calamari were meant to have tartare sauce but we didnt get this with our meal i mentioned to the lady that we have 2 meals that were missing the tartare sauce the lady only gave us 1 which i was a little confused about.
