I’ve had a few waxes here - and today will be my last. It was clear from the start that the girl didn’t know how to wax. The positioning and patterns, not holding the skin, repeatedly have it catching and being pulled off slowly like gum. It took almost 30 mins for her to do only the front of my legs - which still weren’t even finished, and eventually after numerous bruises and going over the same place repeatedly I realised I had chunks of wax stuck all over the top of my thighs. Large chunks that I (who knows how to wax) couldn’t even remove even when trying myself. My legs are on fire from being handled the way they were, and it was so bad I had to abandon the process half way through, still covered in blobs of stuck on wax and leave for fear of what the next 30 mins would bring. I tried to speak to a manager on the way out - but no one even knew what I was talking about - so sadly, I will never come back to Idol for waxing or any other service. I never leave bad reviews but I almost got them to do a bikini today as well, I can only imagine the regret...

Oh My Gosh! This place is awesome. I went in with low expectations because the nail art i wanted was quite tricky (in my opinion) but i asked if they could and she said she would try her best. And I was so stunned to see she did an AWESOME job like I am in LOVE with my nails. I got exactly what I wanted. Staff were amazing and kind, we had funny conversations and laughed together. I am warning you to not go here!! I got acrylics and they just about shaved my hand off I was in pain the whole time, really unprofessional, they were late and kept switching between people - not to mention all their nail colours and polishes are all well expired. was charged $55 for them 2 days later to turn patchy and brown - must be the gross nail polish - as well as none of the nails being the same shape or what I asked for. very disgusting and very disappointed, save your money do not go here.
