Do not recommended at all! Bad Health and Saftey & Customer service. This message is long but definitely worth the read ladies !

I’m no Karen but I am highly disappointed in the service I received from this place! I’m a 21 year old working individual that gets my nails and lashes done quite regularly. I went in wanting to try out a new place to do lashes and got an eye infection the day after. (Pictures below) Went to the gp and got referred to an optometrist because the infection was THAT BAD!! I got told that I needed antibiotics and I needed to remove the eyelashes after a week (as the eyelash removal products may aggravate the infection). Also clarified with the doctors that it was definitely an infection and not an allergic reaction to the glue or something because I’ve never had this happen before.

After seeing the doctors and getting antibiotics. I went back to Deluxe Nail and Spa in Botany and they were insisting that they were not responsible for the infection and they could only give me a gift voucher. I told them I will not be returning to the store. I asked to speak to the manager and they were only wanting to give me 30% of my money back??? To all the lash girlies out there reading this you know lashes are NOT cheap! Make it make sense. Finally after hassling for a refund they gave me money back and shouted as I walked out that I needed to another place. As if I was coming back lol?

To put it simply, they do not have a detailed policy that outlines what the procedure is if you have any infections from products that they use , be it nails or eyelashes. They do not treat their customers with care because as soon as I said they were responsible for my infection they were quick dismiss me as a customer because the service I received wasn’t good? And lastly they are not clean because if they were their customers wouldn’t be getting infections after receiving their services.

A huge thank you to Ching! She is an absolute gem and incredibly talented at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she was so warm and welcoming, really listening to what I wanted and making me feel completely at ease. She took her time, paid attention to every single detail, and genuinely cared about creating the perfect result, something that is so rare to find.

After having a terrible experience at another salon, I came in feeling really upset and disheartened about my nails. Ching completely restored my trust in getting my nails done. I left not just with gorgeous nails, but feeling happy, valued, and truly cared for as a client.

Having been to nearly every nail salon at or near Botany Town Centre, namely Professional Nails, Ever Last Nails and Five Star Nails Meadowlands and Ormiston, Deluxe Nail & Spa Botany is the one I visited this afternoon.

Tim is the nail artist who did my manicure, gel and French nail. He has around 20 years of experience in nail service and he is also very friendly and professional.

I’m not sure how long my nails can last but he said that any nail repairs are free of charge at any time within 7 days. His days off are Sundays and Mondays.

The price for manicure and pedicure is comparatively lower than all the other nail salons I have visited. However, the quality of nail polish and LED lights are all top class brand like OPI.

As the nail salon is only two months old, all the equipment, furniture and nail polish are all new and nicely designed.
