Horrible experience!!! The salon was dirty and the staff was rushed - didn’t even bother to take off gel from my toenails in a manner that doesn’t damage my nail bed - the lady pulled the gel off with a nail clipper and when I asked to do it in such a way that she doesn’t damage my nail bed, she spoke to her colleague in their language as if my request was unreasonable. They use dirty nail files and equipment on your nails and don’t clean it in between clients. They spent less than 5 minutes on scrubbing my heels / actually doing a pedicure! Idk how but looks like they’ve deleted my last review. A year and a half ago I went here and got my toes done - the lady cut my big toe wrong leading to a nail infection. Over the last year and a half I have had chronic nail infections from this - which I had never had before this. I had to fight to get a refund to pay for the doctors appt. After going to a podiatrist it will cost me $400 to have surgery to correct their mistakes as I have been on anti biotics again and again but the nail has never grown back the same. They need to train their staff better, clean their tools in between clients, and admit when they have done something wrong. ...

The team was friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere during my visit, unfortunately my manicure was not satisfactory. The cuticle work was poorly executed leaving me with hangnails and the gel polish was uneven in thickness and coverage as well as the edges not being applied cleanly, leaving me with peeling and chipping within a week of receiving the manicure. I asked her to fix the application of the gel polish once and the manicurist did do so for that particular nail, however the same care was not placed consistently and I was uncomfortable with (and felt that it should have been necessary to be) repeating my expectations of a...
