DECJUBA Sylvia Park — Local services in Maungakiekie-Tāmaki

We visited Decjuba Sylvia Park as part of a wardrobe refresh for my sister. We received by far the BEST service I have had in any retail store in years! We were served by Jaz and Jamie (the manager). Both were absolutely amazing! They were so attentive and helpful but in a very non pushy way. They went the extra mile constantly and were so thoughtful to even going as far as moving us to the large fitting room and putting stool in there as they knew my sister had a lot to try on and I would need a seat. Having worked in the retail industry for 20 years I rarely have a customer experience that exceeds by expectations but this was just that. I visited Decjuba Sylvia Park yesterday for a birthday clothing update and had the best retail experience I’ve had ever. We were served by Jazz, and the manager Jamie. They were attentive, friendly and so pleasant to interact with. They were lovely right from when we walked into the store, not at all pushy, and were genuinely wanting to help. The fitting room service was the best I’ve had with attention, getting sizes and options. I was with my sister and friend and they moved us into their big changing room when it freed up to make it nicer experience for us. The other staff whose names I didn’t get were equally as lovely, so it seems to be a workplace culture that this store has right. After a long time shopping today a cardigan which was labeled as 60% off scanned at full price and even though it was in sale section and had the sale sticker on it, staff refused to honour. I’m sure that’s illegal, but ultimately it’s just bad customer service. Id give zero stars...
