The food was average and the portion sizes were quite small compared to the prices charged — overall, I found it to be quite expensive. I’ve noticed that your branch in Newmarket offers the same menu at more reasonable prices. For example, the same pakoda dish that costs $5 for 3 pieces in Newmarket is $8 here, and the lamb biryani which is $19 with a good portion in Newmarket is $24 here with a smaller serve. Another concern — when customers can’t finish their food and ask to take it away, I don’t think it’s fair to charge an extra $1 for a plastic container, especially considering the already high prices. A paper tray might work for plain rice, but biryani is oily and not suitable to carry in a paper tray. If you’re offering the paper tray for free, then a plastic one should also be offered free when needed for oily dishes like biryani. It’s about practicality and customer care. I’d strongly recommend reviewing your pricing and customer service policy around takeaway containers to match the expectations of your customers — especially when you’re charging premium prices.

I went to Sylvia Park for lunch today with two of my work colleagues. It was a last minute decision to go out for lunch as all three of us had a busy first half of the day. We ended up at ‘Eat Indian’ where we were served (if you can call it that) by a very disinterested employee who didn’t try to engage with his customers. Anyway, all there of us ordered our meals. My meal was ready first, my two colleagues waited 15-20 minutes. Today ‘Eat India’ came up short in all areas of their business. I hope that this feedback makes ‘Eat India’ better for the future. Due to the poor service, the meals were average. Hope you guys do better moving forward.

Lovely and cozy new space at Sylvia park, 2nd floor. The staff was friendly and all smiles. Very accommodating, price is reasonable too. I ordered garlic naan which was freshly made, still hot and perfectly seasoned --i hope size will be a lot bigger though. Haha. I love the interiors of this small indian resto, would definitely recommend and be back to try their other indian food, coz it looks yum!! Go on, give them a try! Lovely food, excellent customer service.!

12-14 dishes to choose, rice included,naan/garlic bread. Chicken dishes, beef, vegetarian. Fresh, great quality.taste, cooked beautifully. We go every Friday my favourite is hmm? My go to Vegetarian with potatoes, peas lentils, spicy dish. Left over comes home .hubby has butter chicken, the pieces are generous and sweet. My preferance is butter chicken was smaller with a spicy kick. I enjoy seeing the bowls replenished with a new lot of chicken, beef, noodles, rice. Its a feast for the eyes. Worth the experience, highly recommend this bustling shop. Yhe atmospheres great, friendly staff. I appreciate the that goes onto this business,I have managed restaurant's the dedication to running a sucessful business like this...

Hi Guys ,

I am a fan of this cute little Indian eatery love the MOMO'S however we were refused food at 6.31 pm . I could see all hot food filled up and nothing removed ,Still the main Chef 👨‍🍳 without even listening what i am after refused in a rude tone it's closing time no more food will be served moreover I sat and eat food in the same food court and saw your staff refusing food to returning customers .

I spent $57 on that day on food and you guys missed that sale .

Just a suggestion please mark your closing time to 6.30 pm not 7 pm as it is false advertising for general public.

I was disappointed with the action .

Looking forward...
