Yesterday, I got sold a pair of shoes. Now this is different from buying a pair of shoes from an order taker. I went into Mi Piaci shoes...wandering around and got pounced on "how can I help".....I declined the help and wanted to be left to wander. Finally settling on a pair to try on, I got the attention of the sales attendant Cyrelle and asked for a pair in my size. The amazing Cyrelle got the pair and another couple of boxes containing similar shoes that might be of interest in different heal heights. No I didn't buy the original pair of shoes, but yes I did purchase a far better pair from this amazing person who listened and identified what I was looking for, and found choices for me to consider, all without being prompted. WORST customer service at Sylvia Park store. The assistant store manager was EXTREMELY rude, disrespecting and abusive over not just one but MULTIPLE visits. Feel sorry for the company to be giving such responsibility to one person and possibly experiencing multiple losses due to her misbehavior and terrible customer service. Had an awesome time in store — tried on nearly every pair of shoes, and Isabella and Sarah were absolutely lovely. They made the whole experience fun and easy, and we had a proper laugh along the way. I originally went in looking for ankle boots but walked out with a gorgeous pair of knee-highs instead!
