I had a pretty disappointing experience overall - It was my first time at Keicha Daniels Beauty and it will definitely be my last.

I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early, yet the technician didn't have me come through for my appointment till 30 minutes after my appointment time should have begun. That alone was enough to make me want to leave, but I had already paid a deposit for my appointment and needed my brows done for an up upcoming event so I thought I would stick it out. Once I was finally in for my appointment, Erini was actually quite nice, although she left me disappointed after the appointment. I have been getting Hybrid Brows done for about 3-4 years now between two different technicians back in Christchurch, so I'm aware as to how my brows should look after the treatment - the skin under the brows should be stained to give the effect of fuller brows, however, I left with brows that looked as though they'd be tinted with just your standard brow tint and zero skin stain.

A brow treatment that should've taken 30 minutes, took over an hour and it wasn't even done properly. It was a waste of time and a waste of money, I won't be back and I won't be...
