As a university student, I found it incredibly challenging to manage an injury, the stresses of clinical placements, and to find an exercise regimen to suit me. Not only is she a brilliant person, she went out of her way to make things comfortable. The massage itself was very well done, with the deeply rooted pain virtually gone moments later. Apart from feeling very comfortable, she listened intently and applied her great skill to help my back pain go away. I left the massage feeling confident my back was in good hands. The physiotherapy sessions are a full hour and she really listens and explains everything in depth- Kayla has an incredible level of knowledge! I especially like that the focus is on keeping active- instead of pulling me away from exercise, she is helping me integrate rehab into my usual movement/exercise routine (CrossFit).
