Super impressed by this beautiful store for so many reasons.

I was gifted a lovely bunch of dried flowers by my partner for an occasion that I wanted to preserve, so I thought I'd turn it into an art installation. I am not an artistic person but luckily I found Cindy at Madam Rat who took the time to understand the look I was going for and was very patient and thorough. She had a great vision and asked for my input several times which I really appreciated. I am very pleased with the finished result, I will definitely be recommending this to my friends.

Although the store is small, there are different varieties of things to look at ranging from dried flower to vases to miscellaneous homeware. These are beautifully curated by Cindy and I don't think you can find these unique pieces elsewhere. We used Madam Rat for our wedding flowers and they were absolutely stunning. Due to our wedding date being close to Valentines Day, fresh flowers were completely out of our budget. But also, due to it being the middle of summer we were worried about fresh flowers wilting in the heat, so we were very interested in the dried/preserved option.

From the very beginning, Cindy was great to work with. She is incredibly friendly, professional and great at communicating. Every arrangement was perfect, from the bouquets to the arch arrangement, they truly brought our vision to life.

We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the flowers were, and they couldn't believe it when we told them they were dried/preserved and not fresh! Cindy's attention to detail and creativity made such a difference, and we are so grateful for all the effort they put into making our day so special.

The team at Madam Rat are honestly so amazing!!! We had popped into Madam Rat (which is such a stunning shop bursting with vivid colour) and the staff are super helpful with recommendations for putting together different dried products and getting different looks!

I wanted to get a surprise bouquet for my friend as a birthday gift and the team helped every step of the way, from the size ranges to colour schemes. The bouquet turned out so beautiful and gorgeous, my friend absolutely loved it!
