had a chicken kebab and a fries on evening of 20/12/24, was greeted and served by guy wearing black framed glass. I have been having diarrhoea for 2days now. Thank you so much for replying to the review and I like to clarify that Friday was the first time I visited the Betsia because of good recommendation from other people.

This occasion was a bit of a bad surprise to me, as I kept going to the bathroom few moments after the meal and I am a very healthy fit person.

As for the another person called shua, who coincidentally left 1star review as well and myself, no I do not know nor am I that person.

Looking at the recent reviews, you will notice there are a few 1star reviews and comments regarding handling and hygiene of the food.

I paid cash of 20 dollars for the chicken kebab and a fries around 7 to 8 on the day and I did not seek a medical advice, just had a multiple bad times at the loo.

You could possibly check the CCTV footage around that time to confirm my side of story and I am happy to accept your offer of refund and a voucher, only if the CCTV footage matches my appearance, as I will visit again with same cloths to explain and possibly accept the offer.

I came to this shop after hearing from another Persian that the food is really good and the owners are awesome too. Unfortunately we went in and were served by not the owners but an Indian worker, who literally filled our container with like 15% salad and 15% meat and 10% sauce, and about 60% of an empty takeaway container. The meat was barely hot and not cooked long enough on the hot plate. The salad was basically non existent through the big chunks of cold meat. Soooo disappointed. I’m sure if the Persians were working they would not have served me that like for sure.
