One of their staff tried assaulting me and my spouse because we were talking to each other and he assumed we were saying something to him. He followed us to the parking lot, tried hitting my spouse, and kept swearing and kicking our car, all this while he was on "security duty." Their call center staff is very poorly trained, refused to take a complaint and practically hung up. The call center representative even lied about getting a manager to contact me. I am scarred...

Had one of their security people driving around Albany erratically going around 80kmh in a 50kmh zone. Accused me of cutting him off but I believe he mistook me turning in my lane and him not staying in his correct lane. Then flipped me off. Can’t believe they’d hire...

I have used Simply Security for a while now. We have a great relationship with ensuring the right guards for our organisation. The comms team always are understanding and willing to help even at 1am in the morning. They do care alot for their customers and staff. ...
