Amazing experience! I was staying near Nailz 27 while on staycation holiday with my husband. I found this place on google and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! Dimpal is extremely knowledgeable and does great work! She is also kind and easy to talk to. It’s so nice being the only client in the space. This is a 1 woman company which means the service is super personalised and you don’t feel rushed! I had a hard gel manicure done, which takes hours (that’s normal) and Dimpal was meticulous every step of the way. She also responded very kindly to my requests and made sure I was happy with each step. I highly recommend this company if you want high quality, professional work done! You get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. I also like that all the products she uses are NZ sourced and the ingredients are a lot cleaner than many other places I have visited. I just had the best nail experience I have ever had with Dimpal and I am over the moon to have found a nail tech who is so such a perfectionist and who prides herself in education on nail care. Her salon is very clean and beautiful and she is such a lovely person, overall had an amazing morning chatting to her and felt safe in her hands as she talked me through the service. She gave me so many tips on how to improve my nail condition and performed such an imaculate, beautiful gel manicure. I feel so polished and tidy and I am so happy I don't have to come home and 'tidy up' as I found myself doing after visiting other salons.
