Until I encountered one of the scariest things ever when my daughter and I decided to walk a track where an aggressive man was in the bushes, possibly with others (less aggressive but somewhat surrounding us by covering other parts of the track; and wondering around as if they didnt know each other ).The first man decided to advance on us as if to attack us. I only wish my husband was there with us and not at the park below. Terrified for my teenage daughter, I had to shield her and move back down the stairs while watching to make sure he had backed off. Even half way up you get excellent views over parts of Mount Eden and the city and its a peaceful spot at the top , I seldom bump into anyone while I'm there . Its a great place for views.
