Seafood Varieties & Takeway — Local services in Whau

I decided to give the new local fish & chippy a try a couple of weeks ago and was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered a couple of pieces of Terakihi and minimum chips. Fresh fillets were picked from the display chiller, dipped in batter and cooked expertly. The chips were good too! I’m happy to pay for quality and I was satisfied with both the price and the size of the fish pieces. I haven’t tried any of the other items on the menu but the shop looks up to standard and it’s certainly clean. We returned today to order dinner for two. 10 out of 10 guys. Popped in today to try our new local fish and chip shop, got 1 schnapper and 2 oysters, very very good. Batter was perfect, not greasy, not heavy. I would rather not have the herbs in the batter though. But in saying that the quality was excellent and beautifully cooked. Thank you and I will be back :) Came back for a second visit in a week, I am hooked on your beautiful fish and chips. The batter today was superb, loved it. You guys have a regular customer. We had heard about Seafood Varieties, so thought we would try them out. OMGosh we where not disappointed!!!! I ordered 2 x Snapper, they went and got it directly out of the window, filleted the fish, then battered and straight into the friers!!!! So impressed 👏 Hot fries 🍟 all perfectly cooked.
