I had gelx done here for the first time (I've been getting them done elsewhere for a year but moved) it has been less than 1 week and 2 have lifted. You can see there is still product on my nails, the base around my cuticle was too close and too thick allowing air and moisture to get in and cause lifting. My nails have never lifted off before. I went in and wanted a refund as I don't have time this week for a fix and they look terrible at work. They refused as 'they spent time doing them' which I understand but ultimately they did not do them correctly. If you have the time to sit around getting your nails fixed and don't mind them looking horrible inbetween then they are nice enough there, but the job just isn't good enough (and a refund should have been provided). I had gelx done at EmStudio for a year and they're done so well they grow right out, I had them done every 3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately.
Edit to add: it's now been 1 week and 3 more nails have lifted off with a 4th lifting on one side. So if I got the 2 fixed yesterday I'd have 3 more off today. The truth is I didn't want them fixed because the salon did not do them right the first time so I don't trust them to fix them, and now I have over half my nails lifted after only 7 days and $75 I was right. Sorry but you shouldn't be offering a service you can't do. Yes 1 maybe 2 nails something might happen as a risk but over half your nails in 1 week is the salons fault,...

I have quite literally tried every nail place in every mall and have never had such a wonderful experience before. Not only is the nail quality out of this world, but the customer service is incredible. The staff at Royal Nail Spa are the loveliest people ever and are absolutely amazing at what they do. The first time I went here was 19 December. I came with my dad. My dad and I had been joking around about him getting his nails done with me (as he bites his nails and was wanting to stop). Despite Royal Nail Spa being so busy, the lady doing my nails offered to do both of our nails at the same time. We were both shocked at how nice everyone was and how high quality our nails were (I got red nails, he got clear polish with one green nail on each hand). The second time I came was 7 January. This time I brought along my mum, dad and brother. On Sundays, they close at 5pm. They stayed an extra hour or so to do all of our nails. Mum and I got matching purple nails, my brother and dad both got clear polish. Again, the customer service was unbeatable. They made us feel so comfortable and conversation was flowing the entire time. I was also given hello kitty nail stickers and nail removal free of charge. I cant stress enough how delightful the people here are and how good they are at what they do.

I checked the site and came across express onesā¦I thought of getting those. But they are poor value ol for money. I booked the appointment and when I visited they made me pay first, I did that. But when the service started it was just mere application of nail paint on your nails. There was nothing like āEXPRESS MANICURE OR PEDICUREā They just buffed my nails and applied nail paint. With booking express ones I was expecting, mini mani pedi at least. But they did not even clean and remove my cuticles skin. No dipping in water, no scrubsā¦NOTHINGā¦they just applied nail paint. I thought May be not for hands they will do on feet but to my surprise nothing was there like manicure or pedicureā¦even for feet they just cut my nails that too 2-3 to match all and applied nail paint. If this service is like this please donāt call it express manicure or pedicure!!! As there is nothing like thatā¦pls call it application of nail paintā¦people are spending money to get best service. At least for EXPRESS there should be something like that. I am very disappointed with your service. I even put feedback on your site but no on bothered to reply....
