we have been going to this place since the last 6 months . food was excellent initially, we kept going excellent service by the gentlemen. we kept going, young cheeky lady was often serving . there was often now a long wait before three dishes arrived and that too in no order of mains and appetisers, once we waited 1 hour 45 mins . She had botched up orders in the kitchen. We went again after that same cheeky service The chicken lollipop was raw had blood inside after the wait of 45 mins with no customers around . Went asked she went in to defensive sulk mode. after payment when she didnt offer a bill, she was asked for one and she said she only had the token reciepts used for kitchen on per item cost .I couldnt help but think "pathetic"...it was also said out loud. she ran after me saying 'poor " was said when it was demeaning.??????? weird experience of having non english understanding restaurant manager/owner. bad food strange sulky cheeky...

Had one whole tandoori chicken delivered at lunch time and ate half . Kept the other half in the fridge and took it out for dinner only to find the chicken started to smell like its gone off. How can freshly cooked chicken go off. I called the restaurant and the man who answered the phone said he was the chef and that i was lying. He said that it has never happened and was rude . He said what do you want me to me as if you take it out of the fridge it will snell off. I didn't want a refund . I was scared that we may sick after eating it. The thing is that even after keeping kfc in the fridge for three days it doesn't smell like its gone off so why should freshly cooked tandoori chicken smell off. Nice music and friendly staff in the restaurant. Food was fast prepared. We did hear microwave beeping in the kitchen and unfortunately the food that we ordered as take away was really not nice. Yogurt dip that came with vegetable bryani was like water. Hubby had to go to local dairy to get us some yogurt so we could eat it with a dish. Chicken tikka was tasteless. It looked like it was pre frozen and then quickly warmed up in microwave. It ended up in rubbish bin. Sorry that I posted this review. I know it's difficult financial times and it's hard to gain customers so friendly advice - please focus on few dishes rather then huge list and do those Autentic.
