One of my worst experiences in customer service in New Zealand. The server was very rude, swore and categorically said it is ok when I asked for an apology. Firstly, denied he swore, when we have four other witnesses, then stubbornly said he does not have to apologise. Let me explain bit further. We ordered Chicken Chilly N-8. We ordered two plates, he brought 3. Secondly, chicken chilly N-8 nothing looks like chicken chilly on the menu. Salt and pepper chicken and squid is FIRE🤟🔥 EDIT : was told my order for takeaway would be a 40min wait , meaning 8:30pm . I purposely waste my time getting groceries at countdown etc first as the wait for 2x salt a pepper chicken was so long . I love Asian food and we’re always looking for places nearby to have a favourite so that we don’t have to travel so far away. This place has potential, but I think the quality of food can be better.. for example I love fried round beans either garlic or black bean flavour, but when we ordered it it was too soft. It doesn’t have that crunchy texture that it usually has. Then we got the promotion fried pork., but I realised it was just full of fat and not much it was a meat.
