The one star rating works out as an average of the quality of the merchandise, which was excellent, and the quality of the staff, which was the worst I have encountered in Norway. The sales assistant on duty had no interest in her customers at all, keeping them waitimg while she continued a private conversation with one of her friends visiting the shop. Avoiding eye contact, not speaking to customers, she was disengaged and as unhelpful as she could be. This is a marked contrast with other shop workers in Bergen!
