6 people ordering food.
Plate 1 and 2, got it fast, but 1 plate had to go back to kitchen, burned meat.
Plate number 3 got the food, but missed half the food wich was supposed to be on the plate. The rest came after like 10 Minutes.
Plate number 4 came, whit spareribs wich was good. But no fork or knife to eat it, we got some fork and knife 10 Minutes later.
Plate number 5 came, wich was supposed to be well done. It was raw, and the plate had to be sent back to the kitchen 3 times, number 4 was ok.
Plate number 6 never came cause they lost the order, så 1 hr later she cud eat some burger.
Manager offered us 1 soda on the house, wich was aweful after a night like this. We paid and left to another place to buy some cake.
I sent them a mail few days later, and they offered 15% on the next visit, wich is not enough at all. They shud offer discount on the first one, wich they never did.
We.r not going to this place again. I am making this review so u wont make a mistake like us. Way to expensive.
It.s a steak house wich cant make steak. Aweful.

Read moreImagine a steak grilled by a militant vegan who loathes the taste of meat—that’s the vibe we got from Big Horn Steakhouse.
The starters set a lackluster tone. The calamari rings, clearly frozen and store-bought, had a rubbery texture that was hard to overlook. Things went further downhill with the "Steak Experience for Two." Marketed as a trio of rib eye, sirloin, and tenderloin (ordered medium rare), it arrived as what seemed like a low-grade chuck roast, prepared three ways but equally bland and chewy. The accompanying sauces were watery and uninspired. The only redeeming note was my wife’s creamed broccoli, which was surprisingly well-executed.
Service was another letdown. My second glass of wine never arrived, and we had to flag down staff for the bill after being ignored post-meal. For a steakhouse, the lack of care in both food and service was striking. I hope Big Horn takes this feedback to heart and works to elevate their offerings, as Bergen deserves a steakhouse that delivers on...
Read moreBig Horn Steak house Bergen. Wow. This was highly un-impressive. Went there a night in mid november with a buddy. We were kept waiting about 5 minutes in the door before seated. Even with an almost empty restaurant... Friendly service, but it feels a little peculiar to have to speak english in a norwegian restaurant. No big deal, I suppose thats the way it goes. The menu is the same as every other Big Horn. I ordered a 250 g ribeye, medium done.
They served a overly done, almost dry piece of meat. Even the sweet potato fries were overly done, dry and poorly looking things. The apple pie for dessert was good. After we finished eating, the waiter vanished. We got tired of waiting, and had to go to the bar to pay. Restaurant still empty... And waddayaknow, here comes the waiter – out of the kitchen. "Ah, you want do pay? Ok."
The bill was just as stiff as in any other Big Horn steak house. It´s been a long time since I visited a BH, and it will be a much longer time...
