I purchased 1 kg of sweets for 280 NOK from this store. Later, I checked with another shop nearby and found that the same sweets cost only 160 NOK per kg—this store charges nearly 100% more!
Just a few days before this incident, I had purchased 2.5 kg of sweets from the same store and paid around 650 NOK. Now, I realize how they are overcharging customers.
I tried to return the sweets within 10 minutes, but they refused. First, they claimed that since I paid by card, they couldn’t refund in cash. When I asked for a card refund (which is possible), they still refused. Then, they said food items couldn’t be returned. Finally, they justified the high price by saying different shops have different prices—but this shop is extremely overpriced!
I later bought the same sweets from another store for much less, and the taste was identical. Still wondering why this store is charging so much.
