Starbucks Reserve Ayala Central Bloc — Restaurant in Cebu City

I won’t recommend people to buy drinks here if they are collecting e-stickers for the planner. November 2, 2021 at around 8pm, they were offline so I could not order through the app. The barista advised me to pay cash and then she would scan the bar code in the app so the e-stickers would reflect there within 7 days. I asked her if the number of stickers that would appear on the app would be doubled since that was the first day of the promo and she said yes. 7 days had passed but the e-stickers from that day’s order were still missing. I came back to ask about it, bringing with me the receipt, but the same barista told me that it was not eligible for e-stickers because I paid in cash and the receipt indicated "sticker" and not “e-sticker”. She even said in an insulting tone that I didn’t know how to use the app! Worst SB experience! I would suggest that people choose the branch in I2 building or the one in eBloc 2 if they...

Nice service and location. But a disappointing experience. Couple notes:

(1) My coffee smelled bad today, I had an americano with coconut milk, I think the coconut milk maybe expired. The smell was between rotten egg and rotting trash. Really strange, never had a coffee that smelled bad. I drank it anyway, tasted OK.

(2) The coffee was very watery. It didn't even look like the consistency of coffee, looked like a milk tea. In my honest opinion, it tasted less enjoyable than Nescafe Gold that I make at home.

(3) The coconut milk was 45php and didn't have a nice consistency. For 33php I can get 200ml of fresh coconut cream (from Philippines coconuts) at the Metro nextdoor and add it myself.

(4) There's no Starbucks WiFi? Strange. The Ayala Mall WiFi is only free for 1 hour. I ran out of free WiFi before I even arrived at...

It was my first time experience in starbucks. I asked for a recommendation from the staff what to drink since it was my first time and the recommendation was to my liking. The atmosphere was also great and the smell inside was coffee (obviously) so it immediately releases my stress. I was also clumsy despite my first time which I spilled my cup, but when I was about to order again, they gave the same coffee to me for free. The staff are so friendly.
