I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant on June 29, 2024. While the food was delicious, the service provided by your staff was unfortunately inadequate and significantly marred the occasion, which was meant to be a celebration of my son's graduation.
The service we received was far from the standard I would expect, especially considering the price of the "unlimited food and drinks" offer, which cost us 599 pesos per person.
Firstly, the refill service was extremely slow and inconsistent. Despite repeatedly requesting refills for pork and beef, we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for them to arrive. This delay significantly impacted our dining experience, especially as we were left waiting while staff attended to other tables.
Furthermore, there was an instance where we were served a dish containing both pork and beef, only to have it taken back by the staff who claimed it was a mistake. This occurred while we were waiting for our long-overdue refills, further adding to our frustration.
Additionally, I was misled by the receptionist regarding the "unlimited food and drinks" offer. While the offer was advertised as unlimited, the receptionist failed to mention that a separate charge of 40 pesos per head would be applied for iced tea. This lack of transparency left me feeling disappointed and cheated.
Finally, upon paying at the counter, I was met with an unfriendly and dismissive attitude from the receptionist. Despite the cashier and manager being kind and helpful, the receptionist's negative demeanor left a lasting negative impression.
It is disheartening that the overall experience was so negative, especially considering the special occasion we were celebrating. The amount I paid for the dinner did not reflect the quality of service received, and the poor attitude of the receptionist significantly impacted our enjoyment of the evening.
I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure a more positive experience for future customers. I would also suggest reviewing the training and communication skills of your staff, particularly regarding transparency and customer interaction.

I just wanted to share this poor-quality service and unjust treatment that we have received during the birthday celebration of my best friend's niece at Donjjang IT Park last January 29, 2025. We went to the place at my recommendation since the birthday celebrant wanted to have a samgyup meal for her birthday celebration. The celebrant is not from Cebu originally and just so happened to like samgyup and wanted to experience it.
We were able to take the lunch buffet at that time. Before we ran out of meat for our first set, I had already called your waiter and told her to take our order, and there was even a guy waiter beside her who changed the other table's burner. We've waited for 10 minutes because we ran out of food and checked back with another girl waiter to have a follow-up on our second order. 20 minutes passed; I saw the waiters seated near the entrance door and doing nothing. Then I raised my hand and asked for someone to follow up with my order. I was wondering why the table behind us got served already when I was the one who ordered first, only to find out that the waiters failed to take note of my orders.
I didn't make any scene or flinch because I didn't want to ruin the special moment. My friends from Leyte and the birthday celebrant were upset because we were still hungry, and imagine 30 minutes of waiting because someone failed to do her job leads to losing someone's appetite due to the poor service. They even made us feel rushed in dining for the second set that you guys just served and gave us the bill because it's already beyond the dining hours. Just because of the incompetence and the lack of training on how waiters should do their job, or maybe they see us as not as valuable as the other guests, doesn't make them entitled to do whatever they want.
Lastly, I recommended the place because my family happened to know the owner of the place. I hope next time that the service will improve and treat your customers...
Read moreQuite disappointing. This is our 5th time eating here. Never did I expect they would do something like this. Me and my friend chose the pork and beef (Php599 each) for lunch. We expected our table to have both meats. So we started cooking the first plate (which was pork) so we'd expected the other plate is the beef one. However, I think the kuya, who prepared our table, assumed we availed the pork option only 'cause they served us 2 plates of pork meat. Upon realizing the beef is missing. We asked for beef this time and the gave us a full plate of the meat. We continued eating and cooking, lo and behold, they mixed our beef with pork meat. The tricky thing is, they arranged the beef above the pork so we wouldn't notice it and those pork were all slices of FAT MEAT🥲. Did they actually expect us to eat those????! We're not stupid enough not to know the difference between pork and beef when cooked. They even tried to charge us the ACTUAL BEEF they gave us later, which we didn't cook 'cause we were already full eating the pork.
