Sorry, here I can't eat here anymore 🤮
They changed their dough, more sweet. They don't grow the dough, it's now filipino slimy dough, the longer you chew, the more it become...🤮 They use some stretched tomatoes juice(?) but no sauce.🤮 They put 6 shrimps on one slice! 2 years ago it was 20 and more.😡 They use cheapest synthetic cheese - only mozzarella, no more pizza cheese.😡
But they made it more expensive!😡
And if you buy slices, it can be that you get the 3rd time warmed one like mine... 🤮🤮🤮 The shrimps are hard like fried bacon.
Ok, my dog ate for 300p pizza with some shrimps and spaghetti for 300p either.
I HATE THIS SHOP AND THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO:
"THE MOST EXPENSIVE TRIPLE WARMED SWEET FILIPINO SPARE PIZZA"
Across the road you can eat the original USA one. At Angles Pizza you get the best one and it's in the combo pack much cheaper and much more tasty and much more shrimps!
Resume: Since one year you collect 1* and 2* ratings about the quality of your food...
Don't you think that it's time to change your management?
AND THEN BACK TO THE ORIGINAL NEW YORK PIZZA. (thick - full of flavour
But maybe you think, you can serve all cold, triple warmed hard pizza, or other rubbish food to your customer?
Good luck... I will no more com ... Sorry ❗
I was buying 2x spaghetti shrimps ("a bit spicy 🔥") and 3 pieces "garlic shrimp" Pizza for take out.
The spaghetti were so 🔥 that I couldn't eat, 1 was without shrimp, sauce and cheese the other one had all... What a fu** service!
The pizza I should wait for the new one, and then they gave me the "old" triple warmed...
I arrived at home... The pizza was dry and hard ... 3 pieces pizza with 15 dryed shrimps in total... 🤮🤮🤮
Happy birthday snack my daughter...
I promise, we never buy at S&R New York Pizza anymore!
We buy now the much much better "Angle's Pizza" There we get for the same price instead of 3 pieces, a whole garlic shrimp Pizza. 😋
NEVER...
Read moreI ordered via grab today around 2:38pm and the weather was still okay. Around 3:50pm which is the expected delivery - it rained in the area which the Grab driver had problems covering the pizza box. The store did not offer to provide cover/plastic stating that it should be the rider’s responsibility. They are not able to provide plastic stating they ran out of it. Whilst talking to the staff using the grab driver’s phone - I was already shouting how bad they’ve handled this situation knowing I have been waiting for almost 3 hours already for my order. The line got cut off and I did not even hear any response from the store. I called the driver again and said they provided him plastics where he can cover the pizza box.
I am so disappointed with the store. Not meeting in the middle of finding the solution instead blaming the rider. They are in fact, responsible of the order, too ensuring the quality of food they are sending are of nothing but the best and taking note — this was already a paid order.
I am currently pregnant and all I was craving was this store’s pizza. Very...

I really feel bad for the owner of this S&R New York Style Pizza branch. During our visit, the staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated. I was initially told that only cheese pizza slices were available because everything else was out of stock. When I questioned it, suddenly it became a 15-minute wait—not a big deal, but the inconsistency was frustrating.
I also ordered a chicken sandwich, and the staff acted like it was an inconvenience, again telling me it would be 15 minutes. The store wasn’t even busy—maybe 15 people inside and no line. Even the manager stepped in, and when I asked about the pizza being “out of stock,” the response felt dismissive. If you're not offering items on the menu, then take them off. Don’t just say it’s out of stock.
This branch could really benefit from better staff motivation or clearer menu management. It’s a shame, because other S&R Pizza locations I’ve been to have had friendly, helpful staff and much better service.
Thankfully, Landers is just across the street. I’ll likely go...
