During my recent visit to Seared in Mabolo, I had the pleasure of trying their steak cooked in two styles: the Grandfather and the Smoked. Both styles were exceptional, with the steak being tender, juicy, and literally melting in your mouth. The highlight of the meal, however, was the Callos. Its taste was truly awesome and left a lasting impression.

We also sampled the Chicken Alfredo, which was good but could have been perfect with a side of bread. The ambiance at Seared is cozy, despite the small space. The lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Special mention goes to the waitstaff, who were attentive and proactive in offering us promotions we weren’t aware of. Their excellent service definitely enhanced our dining experience.

The food was delicious—well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. It was tender and really juicy. They have a buy-one-take-one promo, which made it totally worth it! We also tried the chicken with garlic rice; the chicken was cooked perfectly and wasn’t dry at all. I just forgot to take a picture. I just wish they have a bigger space, we were seated next to the kitchen / POS system and we can hear everything and it was kind of distracting. But nonetheless it was a nice...
