Fantastic Experience with Elbyahe’s Travel & Tours!

We recently had the pleasure of booking a trip to El Nido with Elbyahe’s Travel & Tours, and I can confidently say it was one of the most seamless and enjoyable travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of. The airport pick-up and drop-off were included, and they made sure we were comfortably transported from our accommodation to the port every morning—taking all the hassle out of the logistics.

Our tour guide was absolutely wonderful—so accommodating, personable, and genuinely focused on making sure everyone had the best experience possible. They were knowledgeable about all the destinations, and their wit and charm added a personal touch to the trip. A special highlight was how they volunteered to take photos of us at every stop, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of El Nido without worrying about capturing the moment ourselves.

As someone who’s a bit nervous in the water, I was so grateful for the level of care and support the staff provided. They always made sure I felt comfortable and even accompanied me on some activities to ensure I was safe and able to enjoy everything. It was reassuring to know that we had such professional staff guiding us through each adventure.

I’m already looking forward to my next visit to El Nido and can’t wait to explore more of the tour packages offered by Elbyahe’s. If you're considering a trip to El Nido, I highly recommend this agency—they go above and beyond to make your trip...

My family and I went to El Nido in late July.. There was a storm that was arriving the second day of our tour. Our Tour Guide, Kuya Nat, as well as the boat crew of El Byahe, gave us options and were very flexible around the storm as well as our energy levels. We had an amazing time despite the weather! Especially with the company of the crew, who were easy and fun to talk to! Kuya Nat made sure that we had lots of fun, and accommodated us well. They also took care of our pictures and videos, as well as tips on how to pose, and they turned out beautiful. Our timeline was also very well-spent. There wasn't a second we were bored. We played volleyball with some of the Kuyas, and shared conversations. Their skills are very sharp. There was a person from another boat who tried to swim across the small lagoon, leg started to cramp, and yelled for help. The Kiyas acted wuickly and brought him back to shore. Also, the food was great and well proportioned. My youngest brother, was bummed out that that we didn't get mangoes the second day, as they were very sweet when we had them on the first day. Kuya Nat offered to buy him mangoes, as well as bring our shoes back to our hotel! (Dont worry, sulit na sulit kay Clark ang mga Mangga!) We had an extraordinary time, and we will be asking for them again next time...

Regarding our group booking: Our group of five had booked expecting to stay together. However, upon arrival at the accommodation arranged by El Byahe, the receptionist informed us that due to limited room capacity, we would be split into two separate rooms. This was not communicated to us beforehand and caused inconvenience. Regarding communication: We experienced a lack of proactive communication from El Byahe. Updates regarding our itinerary or any potential changes were not provided in a timely manner, leaving us feeling uninformed. Regarding health and safety: Unfortunately, all five members of our group became ill after consuming the lunch provided by El Byahe during our island hopping tour. We suspect food poisoning and this significantly impacted the remainder of our trip. While we appreciate that the tour guides were professional and approachable, we did observe the boat captain smoking during the trip. We felt this was a safety concern and inappropriate behavior in the presence of guests. Overall Recommendation: Based on these issues, particularly the unexpected room arrangements, lack of proactive communication, and the serious incident of food poisoning, I cannot recommend El Byahe Travel Agency. In my opinion, there are likely more reliable and better-organized travel...
