LaPlace Veranda — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

Passing by August 26 i stop to have a small bite. Look at the menu and ordered a watermelon Juice. (Sorry not available) son a mango Juice (Sorry not available), so a calamancy Juice (Sorry not available). Any fresh juice you have in the menu is NOT AVAILABLE. Only canned juices. (Not a big deal but remove them from your menu. After looking at the food I ordered a mango shrimps salad. (Is this available???? Yes sir) so ok.

I didn't said anything until 20 minutes. Ask the waitress (please wait) ok. 30 minutes where is my salad ???? Sorry please wait we don't have mangoes... was like a joke. I ordered a tonic water when I arrive. (80 pesos). I just put 100 pesos in the table and left. If you want to go there to drink look ok with plenty of diferente alcohol. But for food certainly not. La Place looks amazing upon first walking in. Looks like a very expensive restaurant/bar, but prices are down to earth. Atmosphere is very friendly and you feel welcome from your first step inside, to the time you leave. Service is top-notch. Barmaids are great as they have good memories in knowing which customers drink what and where you're sitting. I came here for dinner by myself and there were few customers around. It took some time for the food to be served since the food needed to be cooked. The salmon was fresh and seasoned well, it was delicious. The nachos were a little too spicy but it was also okay.
