The price was 499 for unlimited samgyup with 2 kinds, the plain thin sliced cut and spicy seasoned one, then unli rice and soup. Other inclusions were japchae, ttokbokki, kimchi, seasoned bean sprouts, and egg. It's not the most delicious unli samgyup I've been to, but the good thing about our experience was the crew who tended us, named James Navarro. My friends were pretty disappointed with the food, since it wasn't their first time there. Well, it was previously called Magal mapogalmaegi. The Baek Restaurant took over with new owner or management. My friends said many things were taken out such as the free iced tea, macaroni salad or desserts, the steamed egg. I love Korean Food. So finding this restaurant in Mactan was a hit and miss.... Because it was my first time. The place had Korean patrons so that will tell you something! The staff were friendly without being over friendly, service was fast and attentive.... The Food is daebak!!? Jjinja mashiseoyo....Price is affordable if we talk about quality, quantity: banchan is unlimited, meat is perfectly marinated,portion was enough for three to four... The Chef goes around to see if everything.is ok.and.chat for a bit... .and i asked if i.could bring the free soup home, and he had the staff order the kitchen to add some more to the leftover on the table! Oh Magal, I've waited so long to have such a quality kbbq experience. I liiive for char grilled meat and this place delivered! wig snatched Meats are tender and fresh, the marinated options are distinctly delicious and do not taste like it's been tossed into some basic soy sauce recipe. The free flowing service tea tastes amazing. The staff provides quick service. You know how in some kbbq places, they make you feel burdensome when you ask for more sides? It's traumatizing.
