보라카이에선 여기서 밖에 마사지를 받아보지 못해서 다른 나라와 비교해 보자면 아래와 같습니다. 대략 1인당 8만원 정도의 가격임을 감안하면... 1. 사장님도 직원분들도 영혼없는 기계적인 고객응대, 서비스나 대화시 아이컨택 거의 없고 고객에 대한 세심한 배려나 서비스 마인드 또한 없습니다. 2. 여느 곳의 마사지 샵처럼 ‘탈의 - 샤워 - 입실 - 마사지 - 환송’ 절차로 이루어지는데, 룸에서 마사지가 이루어질 때를 제외하고 안내 직원이 없습니다. 물론 처음 도착하면 사장님 같으신 분이 구두로 설명을 해주시지만, 이후 이 설명듣고 우리가 알아서 해야합니다. (일례로, 우리는 샤워 및 마사지 가운으로 환복 후 슬리퍼가 없어서 물기묻은 맨발에 그냥 신고갔던 스니커즈 신고 나왔네요. 물론 주변에 도움을 요청할 직원분들도 없었습니다.) 3. 시설은 넓고, 룸 컨디션도 시원하고 쾌적하며 좋습니다. 이정도 서비스와 마사지 수준이면 3~4만원 정도가 적정하다고 생각됩니다.
