Kommons by Kamino — Hotel in Malay

I am writing this review because my family and I had a wonderful stay at Kommons! It was our first family trip together, and we were fortunate to be served by this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.||Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary drink, a refreshing cucumber basil beverage that was absolutely delicious.||We booked two family rooms, each comfortably accommodating 4-6 people. However, even with our larger family, we found that one room could easily fit up to 8 people. The room was spacious, featuring a sofa bed in the living room, two single beds, and one queen-size bed. The ample space was further enhanced by two televisions (one in the living room with a table and two chairs, and one in the main room), two bathrooms, and three air conditioners. The room’s layout and amenities exceeded our expectations and provided a very comfortable stay.||The hotel breakfast was exceptional, with generous portions that would make anyone want to return. It was definitely worth it and made our mornings happy and fulfilling. My niece was especially delighted with her pancakes and bacon, perfectly paired with orange juice.||One standout moment was on our last day when we had to leave early for a 6 AM flight. Knowing that the restaurant opens at 7 AM, we approached the front desk to see if they could prepare our breakfast earlier so we could take it with us. Without hesitation, they accommodated our request and ensured our breakfast was ready by 5:45 AM. This level of service was truly exceptional and made our departure smooth and hassle-free.||However, the bathroom door opens inward and cannot be opened fully because of the toilet. To improve convenience, I recommend replacing it with a sliding door to avoid this issue. This would make using the bathroom much easier and more comfortable.||Overall, we had an amazing experience at Kommons, and we would definitely stay here again.
