Auchan — Local services in Krakow

Great store, easy to get to, with items that are reasonably priced. Even with the crazy inflation going on everywhere, their sales on basic home needs easily make this store more affordable than any around (still true in February 2023). All the Auchan brands in food are less expensive and of the same quality of name brand foods. Good produce, very good meat selection, and an excellent bulk dry goods selection. They always.have good sales, and have a card you can get to earn discounts. Oh...they have very good home needs.... appliances, kitchen, garden, auto, etc. Highly...

The store is obviously big with lots of stuff, but I was absolutely shocked by the rude attitude of the workers. Running away to some customer to complain to him about me not knowing Polish is absolutely ridiculous and impolite. The other person was also super unfriendly and obviously mad at me because I chose English at the self-checkout. I wish I could go home and not spend any time here, but there’s war in my country! I did not steal from the store, I did not do anything bad, I just WANTED TO PAY for the products. This behavior is unacceptable! I will never...

Tanio blisko promocja goni promocje ,minus za to źe chciałem kupić zabawki, była promocja minus 20 % wybrałem, włożyłem do wózka 10 różnych zabawek, pytałem obsługe czy na klocki lego też jest promocja - dostałem potwierdzenie że tak, zabrałem klocki, pojechałem do kasy . Przy kasie rozczarowanie bo na jedną osobe przypada tylko 5 zabawek- takie mam polecenie od menedzera -powiedziała pani . Co to za sklep auchan co nie stać ich na większe zapasy zabawek przed mikołajem, kiedy oni chcą sprzedawać te zabawki , chyba nie tylko ja myślałem o zakupie zabawek przed mikołajem, no cóż zaskoczyłem firmę auchan ilością zakupów 10 zabawek ,bali się że im braknie. Ja nie mam czasu stać jeszcze raz do kasy ,więc sie zdenerwowałem i nie kupiłem żadnej zabawki. Nie chcą sprzedać towaru wolą go trzymać na półkach - ich sprawa. Wróciłem do domu i kupiłem to samo na allegro ,jeszcze taniej i wysyłka była za darmo przy tylu sztukach. Auchan Nie chcecie moich pieniedzy wasza sprawa, bo inni chcą i nie robią problemów że za dużo chce kupić. Wedle moich zasad ,klient który chce kupić więcej to jeszcze sie może potargować o cene, a nie ma się prosić żebu mu ktoś chhciał sprzedać towar.
