The first time I had such that. 😠 At first I almost burst into tears, and then I wanted to hit the waiter. We made an order. I ordered soup and ice-cream (there was a nice picture on the menu). The waiter initially said he spoke English. He tried to ask what to carry the first soup or ice cream and I told him 2 times in different words that first soup, then ice cream. We waited a very long time for the food, but in the end he brought me ice cream (half-melted and without fruit). 😒 There was no soup for another 10 minutes until we called him. As it turned out, he did not understand, although I do not understand what was incomprehensible in the phrase “soup and then ice-cream”. Well, if you don't understand English, then tell or ask another waiter. I waited for the soup for another 10 minutes, then asked for bread for it and waited another 15. Besides, the food is not very tasty and the prices are high....

Horrible breakfast. Lest start that we sit and they bring us the menu but nothing for breakfast. At 9 am I could order a Pint but not an omelette. When she comes to take the order she realised and she brings as well the breakfast menu. no ask for something to drink. The coffee horrible smelly and bleah, everything was served without any sort of Napkins, I suppose to use my clothes to clean my hands, fries with zero salt, and presented with: a plates with old salads inside another plates, thats is not hygienic at all, a cooker suppose to know that is not the way. At the end i ask for cold Natural water but I received an anonymous glass of Room temperature water. Seriously? Service horrible, and steak good...

I have a mixed feeling about this place, it definitely has various options. We had chicken salad with asparagus and some other chicken dish with potato pancakes. They have an open kitchen and I was witnessing how these meals were made partially and some others. What surprised me in a bad way is that cooks don’t have any protection on their head and hands and overall didn’t look pristine clean. Then I saw how the waiter with his bare hands took the lemon from some bowls and put it into someone’s plate. Luckily it was not our plate.
