Horrendous service. I entered this restaurant at 1800 because it wasn’t busy and I heard great reviews about the food. I asked for an English menu and ordered my food at once since I knew what to eat. I believe I waited nearly 20 minutes which may not be long if not for the following: I became dismayed to see a local polish couple come in, sit beside me, order a main course, AND receive their drink and food while I still waited for my food. I don’t believe my pork and wedges is something particular worthy of a long wait? I asked the waiter if everything was okay but I didn’t mention about the couple receiving their food first. She responded that it would come in 5 more minutes and that this “was normal” for this type of dish. Needless to say, I eventually received my food and it tasted phenomenal. Near the end, it is one hour later and I see a party of four sit in front of me and order their food…and receive it much faster than I did. Really?

In summary, one star only for food. I feel this treatment is rather odd. I’ll give this restaurant another chance since the atmosphere is wonderful, the food was cooked to perfection, and people do deserve a second chance.

To my fellow non Polish tourists like myself, mentally prepare yourself about the late service and favoritism to locals. If you’re able to wait then you will likely enjoy the food if not the rubbish service. As I type this, I’m still waiting for my check to arrive so I can pay and...

I was extremely disappointed tonight. I use to visit this place and highly recommend it to lots of my friends because food and bar are outstanding! But today I ordered a few cocktails and delayed to finish my drink till the bar is closed. Instead of asking me just to take my cocktail in plastic cup and leave the restaurant, one girl (don’t know her name, she’s wearing glasses and have fair hair) start shouting at me and my friend that if bar is closed and we’re told that it’s closed we have just silently and quickly stand up and leave this place. I was not expecting to face such rude behavior at this place. I don’t mind to leave the restaurant when it’s closed but I don’t want anybody to SHOUT at me and BERATE me like I’m a scholar.

This is extremely insane and not client oriented at all. My mood was spoiled for the rest of the night, I’m feeling humiliated. On what planet is it a normal behavior?

I have 100K followers in instagram and still doubting if I have to highlight this case for my followers. Previously I’ve told in my stories that this place is really cool, but obviously I don’t want them to face the...

Fell in love with this place. So modern, beautiful, elegant, and somehow shows the history of this place. ❤️ Must-see, must-visit, must-come! A very comfortable area where you can find beautiful cafes, restaurants, shops, places for resting as well as other attractions. Every day the community organizes various activities for children and adults (summer cinema, workshops for children, dances, etc.). The architects managed to create a great concept based on the history of the breweries, while adding a piece of innovation, modernism and modernity to the whole architecture. Also, it’s a great place for living, especially with your dogs, as there are a lot of fields for walking with them and you shouldn’t worry where to go early/late evening with your doggy. The place is close to the city center and to the PKIN (Palace of culture and science), and around 10 min by feet to Złote Tarasy. A true comfort and beauty in one place – Browary...
